• Account information— name, email address, phone number, company name, role, and department when you create or are invited to an account.
• Ride data — booking details, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger information, timestamps, ride status history, and OTP verification records.
• Location data — GPS coordinates collected during active rides from the driver app for route tracking and distance verification.
• Device information— device type, operating system, and app version for the driver mobile application.
• Billing data — invoice amounts, expense claims, receipt images, payment status, and dispute records.
• Compliance documents— driver licenses, vehicle registrations, insurance documents, and other regulatory documents uploaded by vendors.

CORPORATAVEL TECHNOLOGIES is a multi-actor platform. Information flows between participants as necessary for service delivery:

• Between platform actors— Corporates see ride status, billing data, and vendor performance for their bookings. Vendors see ride assignments and booking details for rides allocated to them. Drivers see ride details for their assigned trips. Each actor sees only the information relevant to their role.
• Service providers— We may share information with payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and other service providers who assist in operating the Platform.
• Legal requirements— We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
