Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CORPORATAVEL TECHNOLOGIES corporate transportation platform (the "Platform") operated by CORPORATAVEL TECHNOLOGIES ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CORPORATAVEL TECHNOLOGIES is a technology platform that connects corporates, transport vendors, and drivers for the coordination of corporate transportation services. The Platform provides tools for ride booking, vendor management, ride execution, billing, compliance tracking, and support.

CORPORATAVEL TECHNOLOGIES is not a transportation provider. We facilitate coordination between corporates and their transport vendors. The actual transportation services are provided by independent vendor companies and their drivers.

Access to the Platform requires an account. Accounts are created through an invitation or onboarding process and are assigned specific roles with defined permissions. Available roles include corporate administrators, travel desk operators, employees, finance users, vendor administrators, fleet managers, and drivers.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose of coordinating corporate transportation.
• Provide accurate and current information in your account and bookings.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with verification systems including OTP verification and GPS tracking.
• Not access data or functionality beyond what is authorized for your role.
• Not use the Platform to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content.

Ride bookings are subject to the corporate travel policies configured by the respective corporate organization. The Platform enforces these policies at booking time, including vehicle class restrictions, lead time requirements, and expense limits.

Rides are verified through OTP-based start and end confirmation and GPS-based route and distance tracking. These verification mechanisms are integral to the Platform's billing accuracy and may not be bypassed.

Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies defined in the applicable corporate-vendor agreement and configured on the Platform.

Charges for rides are calculated based on verified ride data, including GPS-measured distance, approved expenses, and the applicable rate catalog. Invoices are generated from system-verified data and follow a review and approval workflow before being issued.

Billing disputes must be raised within the defined dispute window with supporting evidence. Undisputed charges remain payable according to the agreed billing terms. Payment terms are governed by the agreement between the corporate and CORPORATAVEL TECHNOLOGIES.

Vendors using the Platform agree to maintain compliant drivers and vehicles with valid documentation, respond to ride allocations within configured SLA windows, ensure assigned drivers complete rides according to Platform verification requirements, and submit accurate invoices with legitimate expense claims.

Non-compliance may result in suspension from the Platform pending review.

All content, design, software, and technology comprising the Platform are owned by or licensed to CORPORATAVEL TECHNOLOGIES and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORPORATAVEL TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

As CORPORATAVEL TECHNOLOGIES is a technology facilitator and not a transportation provider, we are not liable for the quality, safety, or timeliness of transportation services provided by vendors and their drivers.

Either party may terminate the use of the Platform in accordance with the applicable service agreement. CORPORATAVEL TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
